Skipper Caverns
As an intern at Alisto Engineering Group, Inc. I conveived of and created a full design proposal for this Disney-esque themed dining venue. I worked with a Senior Program Manager on a "Blue Sky" Architectural Design Project to deliver a proposal and program statement including preliminary floor plans, budgeting, location selection, FF&E, LEED and ecological impact evaluation, concept art, design schedule, etc.
Logistical design of the restaurant was based on hours of research and interviews with staff at existing immersive dining experiences.
